True You is a lecture performance in the form of expanded cinema, that reveals how these machines transform the characteristics of truth itself. doublelucky productions place the development of smart software in the tradition of the ancient Chinese rice lie detectors to modern polygraphs, going back as far as the medieval judgment of God. With the help of old film clips, the latest tech trailers, and a homemade app, they’ll tell you how you feel.
